At AFC Southgate we place a big emphasis on teamwork and commitment. When deciding to play for one of our teams we ask that players that will be punctual to training and matches, hard working and respectful to our process. We want them to trust in our coaches and commit to our football philosophy. A good attitude and hunger to learn is imperative.
