At AFC Southgate we aim to create a positive family environment to get the best out of our players to develop them as footballers and people.

We want our players to love the game whilst being competitive, to take on challenges through devised targets, but most importantly to have fun.

Our footballing philosophy is simple - if the player enjoys the game they will play without fear. To play without fear is to always want the ball and when you always want the ball you will have the biggest possible impact you can on the game.
